Parkour isn't just about what you can do- it's about how you put it together. We all have spots or moves we've defaulted to because we’re comfortable with them, and others that we don’t touch because they look unfamiliar, awkward, or just "off". This workshop is built to help us overcome that hesitation and build a sense of comfort around those things while also incorporating them into longer routes that “flow” smoothly and fluidly.
