With the support of other practitioners you will learn, grow, build community, find challenges and maybe overcome mental and physical obstacles you haven’t even considered. All movement backgrounds are welcome; CrossFit, climbing, obstacle course racing, yoga, pilates, circus arts, boxing, weightlifting, dance, gymnastics, couch-sitting, and anything in between – meet-ups have something for you. No registration required.
